The Planning and Zoning Board is an advisory body to the Town Council and deals with land use, zoning and development issues. In addition to attending monthly Planning and Zoning Board meetings, these board members are also expected to attend public hearings on plans, rezoning cases, and ordinance amendments held jointly with the Town Council.
Members serve a term of three years, staggered terms of office. The Board consists of 8 members and regular meetings are held on the 4th Monday night of each month at 7:00 p.m., unless there is no business to come before the Board.
