The Human Resources Department is responsible for recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, benefits administration, training and development, employee recognition, personnel policy management, workers' compensation, leave administration, and employee wellness support. The department is also responsible for ensuring that the Town of Wilson's Mills is in compliance with all federal, state, and local employment and labor laws.
