The Board of Adjustment (BOA) serves to interpret the Town's ordinances and policies when unique or special circumstances arise. The Board decides whether to grant variances as well as Administrative Appeals. All BOA meetings are on an as needed basis and held in a quasi-judicial manner. As a quasi-judicial board, the Board's power is above that of the Planning Director, but below that of the court system.
