The Town Council of the Town of Wilson's Mills provides the vision and leadership for the Town's strategic plan efforts. Following publication of the draft and a Public Hearing on November 17, 2025, the Council approved the adoption of the Town's Strategic Plan covering the Fiscal Years 2025-26 to 2030-31.
This Strategic Plan will guide the work of the Town as it responds to the needs and opportunities that the Town Council has identified as priorities for the next five years. In this report, the Plan describes the areas of strategic emphasis for which the Town's efforts and resources will ve targeted in order to have the greatest impact on the four key focus areas to be pursued over the life of the plan.
